To return an item submit a Support Ticket and describe the merchandise being returned and the reason for the return. Please provide your order number or full name in the support ticket. One of our customer service representatives will verify your request and provide you with a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. After you have the RMA number complete the return by following the steps below.
Step 1: Repackage the merchandise for return shipping and include a copy of your original sales receipt in the package. Write your RMA # clearly and legibly on the sales receipt and on the side of the package.
Step 2: Ship the package to TNC Scooters using the following address:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so please package the merchandise well and use a return method with tracking such as FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless deemed otherwise by TNC Scooters. When the merchandise arrives back at our warehouse it will be processed by our returns department. We will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned parts.
Returns Terms and Conditions
All returns must have the RMA # written on the box to be accepted. Returns will not be accepted over 30 days from the original invoice date. TNC Scooters reserves the right to deny a return on merchandise that has been installed, used, or damaged during return shipping. All returns must be in new and resalable condition. TNC Scooters does not accept returns on the following items: Controllers, CDI ignition boxes, and Chain sold by the foot.
